1} What is the purpose of Bidappeal?

Bidappeal is a fun way to acquire luxury items at a highly discounted price. All items are brand new and authentic.

2} Is getting an account required to participate?

Yes, an account should be set prior to participation in the bidding process. Setting an account will establish a better communication between Bidappeal and the user.

3} How do I bid at an auction?

In order to participate in an auction of your choice, you must purchase ticket indicated on featured item from 'buy ticket' page. Use purchased ticket to reserve a seat in the auction that will last only for 15 minutes. 3 minutes to place initial price, 10 minutes inside the bidding room where you can change your price and another 2 minutes to place final price. If you were to be highest bidder, then you will be the winner and will be asked to proceed to checkout.Please check "how it work'' for a detailed version

4} What are the tickets available?

There are 4 tickets, each with a specific value. Platinum: $150 Gold: $ 55 Silver: $ 25 Bronze: $10 Diamond subscription ticket: $250- this ticket is considered as a membership ticket where user can enjoy a package deal for the featured tickets.

5} Do tickets expire?

Tickets expire after 365 days of purchase.

6} Do I get refunded for ticket spent on the auction?

Bidappeal tries to be transparent as much as possible.We do not refund tickets back to the users except if the auction did not get the requested amount of seats. Then, ticket will be returned to clients account for future use

7} What is the minimum price?

Each item has a minimum required price that the bidder should place for his bid to be submitted.

8} What if I pay for the Bid Package and it hasn’t been credited to my account?

Occasionally there may be connection errors on payment gateways caused by third parties out of our control, if this happens and your ticket is not credited, please email care@bidappeal.com with a copy of your receipt and we will credit the ticket as soon as possible.

9} What does passed mean?

'Passed' means that the minimum amount of users required for that item is not reached. Therefore the item is not sold or won by any. In this case, the item might be auctioned again at a later stage. The bidders on that item will get back their tickets for future use.

10} What will happen if I miss first 3 minutes of auction and I did not place my initial price?

System will take minimum price required as your initial price. You have the chance to enter the bidding room for next 10 minutes to change your price.

11} What if I missed entering the bidding room?

You will not be allowed to participate in the auction and we will not be liable to return your ticket.

12} How does the auction end?

The auction for each item is only 15 minutes. The bidder will have chance to place a price for 4 times. In the last 2 minutes, the highest bidder ranked will be announced as the winner and will be asked to pay his final price submitted.

13} How can you sell luxury brands at such low prices?

Bidappeal uses the revenues collected from pre paid tickets that will be required to use in order to participate in an auction. Money collected from the purchased tickets allow us to sell the item to the highest bidder at a very low price.

14} How do I know that the product is authentic?

We guarantee that all our items are 100% genuine and authentic. Bidappeal deals directly with the official suppliers of the featured brands.

15} Are the products brand new?

All products are brand new and come in their original packaging, except if they were stated as VINTAGE just under the brands name.

16} Why does the product retail price differ between countries?

We purchase out items from different sources around the world, where different taxes, shipping, customs are applied may result in a different retail price..

17} After I win, what happens?

When an item is won, winner will be notified on site or via an email from care@bidappeal with a link of payment required. The winner must pay the final price submitted by him within 72 hours . The winner should also confirm the shipping address, hence dispatching the item in the next 10 days.

18} Is speed of the internet important?

Speed of the internet is very important. The faster the internet, the faster the bid is placed. If a member is experiencing time lags, it is probably due to poor internet connection.s.

19} How can I retrieve my password?

If you forget your password, click the ‘forget password’ button and we’ll send you an email with instructions.

20} What is Fairness in Bidappeal?

The integrity and fairness of our auction process is central to the viability of our website.We explicitly state that Bidappeal does not use any systems that automatically bid on our auctions and also guarantee that no employees of Bidappeal are permitted to bid on the auctions. Bidappeal also terminates any account that is under suspicion of manipulating our program.

22} How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Currently Bidappeal pays for shipping; however the winner will have to cover any customs fees that might incur depending on the country where the shipment is being received. This policy may be revised at any time in the future. Some items may require for client to pay shipping, but they will be notified prior to the auction under the items details

23} How soon will I get my order and how much will it costs?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We will endeavor that you receive your Merchandise within 14 days from dispatch date.However, unforeseen supply or shipping problems may occasionally result in delays. If there is a delay in shipping your order we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the reason for the delay. We are not responsible for any delays that may be considered outside of our control. Therefore, Bidappealis not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.All orders will be delivered by our carrier partner FEDEX OR ARAMEX, from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

24} Do I need to sign for the order?

We require a signature as a proof of delivery due to the high quality of our goods

25} Can I change shipping address after dispatch?

Please ensure the accurate you provide an accurate address since we can not change the shipping address after the item is dispatched.

26} Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. This will allow you to view and track the status of your shipment.

27} Are returned and exchanged acceptable?

We only accept return if an item is damaged upon delivery. In this case, you will need to notify our team within 3 days of receiving the damaged item. Kindly send an email to care@bidappeal.com to arrange return. In case a return is valid, product should be returned unused with all designers tags attached and original packaging. Damaged or stained products as result of negligence will be sent back to owners.

28} What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa , MasterCard , or Amex. Payment will be deducted from your account once a package bid is purchased or when you purchase the winning item at check out.

29} Is it safe to use my credit card?
